IRS Collections Defense
The IRS Is Collecting. We Make Them Stop.
IRS Automated Collection System (ACS) calls. Revenue officer field visits. Federal tax liens filed against your property. Bank levies freezing your accounts. Wage garnishment taking your paycheck. Every one of these enforcement actions can be stopped — and we stop them.

IRS Collection Enforcement Actions
The IRS collection process follows a predictable escalation path. Here's what each stage looks like — and how we stop it.
Notice & Demand
IRS sends CP-14, CP-501, CP-503 notices demanding payment. At this stage: the problem is solvable before enforcement begins. We intervene, assess your situation, and propose a resolution that prevents escalation.
Federal Tax Lien
IRS files a public Notice of Federal Tax Lien. This attaches to all your property, appears on your credit report, and can prevent you from selling assets. We negotiate lien subordination, withdrawal, or discharge.
Final Notice of Intent to Levy
Letter 1058 or LT11 — the 30-day warning. After this, the IRS can levy your accounts and garnish your wages. This is the critical window: file a Collection Due Process appeal (Form 12153) within 30 days to halt enforcement.
Bank Levy / Account Seizure
IRS freezes your bank account. Funds are held for 21 days, then transferred permanently. We release levies within 24-48 hours through emergency CNC or IA filing — the sooner we act, the more of your money we save.
Wage Garnishment
IRS orders your employer to withhold up to 25% of your wages. Continues until resolved or hardship is proven. We stop wage garnishment through IA setup, CNC filing, or CDP appeal.
Property Seizure
IRS seizes real estate, vehicles, or business assets for auction. The most extreme enforcement action. Requires immediate legal intervention — CDP appeal, OIC filing, or emergency Taxpayer Advocate Service referral.
